We can miss important dates such as anniversaries or special days or just the wish to place some flowers on a place of rest to say ”Not Forgotten“.

As part of our ongoing holistic client care package Bridgwater Funeral Services are proud to offer a new concept in aftercare which a comprehensive maintenance and remembrance service which is open to both existing and new clients.

The ”Not Forgotten“ service offers you peace of mind and the knowledge that under your instruction the final resting place of your loved one will be kept to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation. Importantly all the special dates such as anniversaries will be remembered by placing of a floral tribute at the right time and date as directed by yourself and recorded on our database.

Our friendly professional staff can offer the following:

Level A:

1) A full stone clean with a stone cleaner

2) Grass cut and weeds removed

3) Floral tributes placed as per instruction.

Level B: An Annual maintenance visit as Level A.

Level C: A three monthly visit

Level D: A monthly maintenance visit.

If on the arranged visit it is found extra works many need to be undertaken a cost assessment will be performed at no extra charge and forwarded to the client for their consideration.

Extra works could include: -Re-Levelling - Top soil supplied and levelled

Re Grassing - Grass seed or turf supplied and laid.

Re Stone chipping - Supplied and laid.

In the event of major works such as head stone damage or reciting of stone ”Not Forgotten“ staff on your behalf can contact a stone mason and obtain an estimate for your consideration.
